A rice destoner is a grain cleaning machine that uses gravity vibration technology to separate stones, sand, and heavy impurities from rice, wheat, beans, and other grains. It achieves over 99% stone removal rate.
The machine uses a vibrating sieve with upward air flow. Grains are fed onto the inclined sieve — lighter grains float and move downward, while heavier stones sink and move upward to a separate discharge outlet.
It depends on your operation size. Small farms: 400 kg/h (Model 22A/22B). Medium rice mills: 1,000 kg/h (Model 28A/28B/32). Large-scale processing: 2,000 kg/h (Model 45A/45B). Contact us for a free recommendation.
